Born to be the new digital attacker inside the Italian's industry of energy, NeN by A2A needed a digital platform capable of matching this ambition. A service design approach and a multidisciplinary team helped Nen to define a bold yet intuitive 100% digital experience from the consideration phase to the customer assistance.
